This policy explains what data SuiteProtect ("we"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], processes when you use suiteprotect.com and portal.suiteprotect.com (the "Service").

Data we process

• Account data — company name, user names, email addresses, hashed passwords, country and billing details.
• Device data — collected by agents and collectors you install: device name, operating system, hardware and software inventory, serial numbers, IP addresses, resource usage, and server hardware health (disks, RAID, power supplies, sensors).
• Remote sessions — connection metadata for remote access sessions that your technicians start. We do not record session content.
• MDM data — device identifiers and status reported by enrolled Apple devices.
• Technical logs — server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

Only to provide, secure, support and bill the Service. We do not sell personal data and do not use device data for advertising.

Your role and ours

For data about the devices and end users you manage, you are the controller and we act as your processor. You are responsible for informing your own users that their devices are monitored.

Where data is stored

Service data is hosted in data centres in the European Union. Payment card details, where applicable, are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After you close your account, it is deleted within 90 days, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to the address below.
